Saina Nehwal rises to World No.6

Olympic bronze medallist Saina Nehwal Thursday rose a place to World No.6 in the women's singles rankings released by the Badminton World Federation (BWF).

Though Saina went up, World Championship bronze medallist P.V. Sindhu slid a place to No.11.

Parupalli Kashyap also dropped three places to No.14 in the men's singles while R.M.V. Gurusaidutt remained static at No.19.
