SPG's senior most officer to take charge

The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet Wednesday directed the next senior most officer of the Special Protection Group (SPG) to take the charge of director until a suitable successor is appointed.

"The charge of director, Special Protection Group, may be looked after by the next senior most officer till the appointment of a suitable successor," the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet said in a statement.
