The union tourism ministry will soon be offering a Master of Business Administration (MBA) course in tourism in partnership with Madhya Pradesh-based Indira Gandhi National Tribal University (IGNTU), a statement said on Thursday.
A memorandum of understanding (MoU) for this purpose was signed here between the Indian Institute of Tourism and Travel Management of the ministry and the varsity.
The MBA programme will be introduced in place of the post-graduate diploma course planned earlier.
