Two mechanics electrocuted in Gurgaon

Two mechanics were electrocuted while repairing air-conditioners in Orchid Centre commercial complex here, police said on Monday.

The deceased were identified as Mohammad Jishan, 20, and Salman, 18, hailing from Rampur in Uttar Pradesh.

The mechanics had visited Orchid Centre in sector 53 here to attend to some air-conditioners but came in contact with a steel ladder that had electric current running through it.

Both were electrocuted and died on the spot, police said.
