US Ambassador meets Rajnath

US Ambassador to India Kenneth I. Juster on Friday met Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh here.

Home Ministry officials did not disclose the agenda of the meeting but it is understood that it was a courtesy call by Juster who met the Minister at his North Block office.

Intelligence Bureau Director Rajive Jain was also present during the half-an-hour long meeting.

"Amid worsening India-Pakistan relations, it is assumed that both sides might have discussed this issue also," a senior Home Ministry official said on the condition of anonymity.
