Supertech is facing a headline-grabbing controversy with the Allahabad High Court ordering for the demolition of two new towers in an upscale property called Emerald Court in Noida. But this move, which could seriously impair the company's sales and brand name, does not appear to have fazed the realtor at all. Instead of lying low or opting for a soft launch for other projects, as realtors in trouble tend to do, Supertech has announced an elaborate press conference to launch yet another "luxury" project, this time in Gurgaon. This project is spread over 85 acres and Supertech has roped in international interior designer YOO. True, the Supreme Court has given Supertech some relief against the high court order but that is only till the apex court reopens after the vacations.
