Congrats twice over

Telecom czar Sunil Mittal was besieged by congratulatory calls yesterday. Except he wasn’t sure what they were for — the fact that his merger with South African telecom major MTN was on its way to being consummated or the fact that his daughter was getting married. As it happens, the cards for the reception got distributed the same day the company put out a press release on the merger talks.
