As part of Central Bank of India's centenary celebrations on Wednesday, Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee spent quite a lot of time handing out mementos to loyal customers. Predictably, several of them lingered to get a photo-op with the Congress Party veteran. Mukherjee obligingly reciprocated by greeting everyone — until he looked at his watch and decided he urgently needed to be elsewhere. It is worth pondering the urgency of his next appointment since he abruptly left when just two extremely disappointed customers were waiting to be felicitated.
