Letters: Standard mistake

Business Standard New Delhi

Apropos Bhanoji Rao’s article “Inclusive Growth: Why, what and how” (September 29), it is a little difficult to agree with the author when he puts so much store by the government’s ability to set up and administer standardised, yet high-quality, school education. In fact, it is disputable if a standardised school education across the country is a good idea at all. It makes sense to leave it to private initiative to identify different requirements, and design and administer specialised courses that can effectively cater to various needs.
