Says BJP was misusing the police force to attack its workers

Manish Sisodia

ANI New Delhi
The Aam Admi Party (AAP) today blamed the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) for misusing the police force to attack their workers.

AAP leader Manish Sisodia said in a press conference here today, "The BJP is misusing the police force to attack AAP workers. Two workers were arrested and beaten up."

Another AAP leader Gopal Rai said, "If the BJP thinks that by arresting our leaders it can form a government in Delhi, then that won't be allowed at any cost. We will pay any price but won't let the BJP form a corrupt government in Delhi."

Dilip Pandey and a few other AAP members were arrested on Friday under non-bailable sections 153 and 295 of the Indian Penal Code for allegedly instigating people and putting up posters with provocative message against Congress MLAs in Jamia Nagar area of South Delhi.

According to the police, Congress MLAs alleged that the posters, along with provocative message have been put up by AAP to divide the community.
