Club Mahindra plans 4 resorts on 10th anniversary

| Mumbai, September 18, 2006: Club Mahindra Holidays, India's leading lifetime family holiday company announced major expansion plans and forays into new territories. The Indian vacation ownership giant plans to set-up theme-based resorts in Kumbalgarh in Rajasthan, Lonavala in Maharashtra, Kollam in Kerala, and Corbett in Uttaranchal, expanding its resort offering to nineteen resorts from fifteen currently. The company has completed 10 years of operations, emerging as India's dominant and successful holiday company in the organised vacation ownership market. The company boasts of over 40,000 satisfied member families and has recorded an impressive 60% growth in top line year after year, since 2001. For the financial year 2006, the turnover was Rs. 220 crores. |

| Club Mahindra's property at Lonavala will consist of 125 fully furnished rooms and have a village setting theme in its décor and architecture. The Kumbalgarh resort will include 53 well appointed rooms with a Rajasthani theme from the Mewar Region. The resort at Kerala will be set against the impressive back waters and rich foliage of the region, and will be designed to reflect the flavours and character of Kerala. At Corbett, a 50 room resort will be set amidst the sights and sounds of wildlife. All resorts will boast of facilities such as swimming pool, ayurvedic spa, conference rooms, indoor and outdoor games, restaurants and a bar.
