Praveen Kadle appointed MD of Tata Capital

New Delhi, September 18, 2007: Mr. Praveen P. Kadle, Executive Director (Finance and Corporate Affairs) of Tata Motors, has been appointed as Managing Director of Tata Capital with immediate effect. Tata Capital is a new company promoted by Tata Sons, which will be the main Tata Group vehicle in the financial services space.

Mr. C. Ramakrishnan is being appointed Chief Financial Officer of Tata Motors with immediate effect.
