1 killed, four injured as car falls in ditch

One person was killed and fours others were injured when the car in which they were travelling to Delhi fell into a ditch near Khatoli in this district, police said today.

The victims, all members of the same family, were returning from Haridwar when the accident took place on Delhi-Haridwar national highway last evening, a police official said.

The deceased has been identified as Jugal Kishor(40), a resident of Laxmi Nagar in Delhi, the official said, adding the injured have been admitted to a hospital.
