10-year old boy strangled to death by his aunt

A ten-year-old boy was strangled to death allegedly by his aunt over a family dispute at Needoor Keyipuzha near here today, police said.

Rahul's aunt Vijayamma has been taken into custody in connection with the incident, they said.

The deceased's father Shaji and mother Bindu are divorced and Shaji was working in the Gulf.

Vijayamma is Shaji's sister, police said, adding that the case was being probed.
