A local court today sentenced a man to 10-year rigorous imprisonment after finding him guilty of possessing intoxicating powder.
District Session judge B S Sandhu also slapped a fine of Rs one lakh on convict Karan Singh who was arrested on April 26, 2013 with 520 gram of intoxicant 'dexpropoxyphene'
The case was registered under relevant sections of NDPS Act.
