12 sentenced to life in triple murder case

A court in Bihar's West Champaran district today sentenced 12 people to life imprisonment for murdering three persons over a property dispute.

District Judge Triloki Nath passed the order sentencing 12 accused persons to lifer after finding them guilty for the murder of three persons in Bariyarwa Tola in Semera police station area on July 15, 2010.

According to the prosecution, the convicts had killed Rajdeo Yadav, Shiv Yadav and Batkhari Yadav with blunt objects following a dispute between them over property.
