15-year-old girl gangraped by two in UP

A 15-year-old girl was allegedly gangraped by two persons in Khargupur area here, police said today.

The incident took place yesterday when the teen was with her cattle in the field. The accused gangraped her and left her in an unconscious state, Circle officer, Akhand Pratap Singh said.

The girl was later found by villagers and reported the matter to the police.

An FIR has been registered in this connection and investigation is underway. No arrests have been made so far, Singh added.
