2 kiled in road accident

Two people were killed and two others seriously injured when their car collided with a truck on NH-1 near Ambala city today, police said.

The deceased were identified as Rishabh and Kamal, the residents of Karnal. The injured, identified as Sheetal and Siddarth, were admitted to civil hospital at Ambala city, they said.

The four of them were on the way to Nakodar (Punjab) from Karnal. When they were passing through Ambala city, their car collided with a truck, the police said.

A case was registered in the matter.
