A motorcycle collided with a van on the National Highway-16 here, killing two people and injuring one, police said Friday.
The three were riding the motorcycle when the accident occurred near Soro area here, they said.
The victims, all residents of nearby Bhadrak district, were on their way to Panchalingeswar at Nilagiri.
The deceased were identified as Chandan Rout of Asurali village and Simarani Swain of Nenjara village in the district.
The injured, Swapna Jena, has been admitted to a hospital here, the police said.
