Police have arrested three suspected auto-lifters and recovered 10 motorcycles stolen from Delhi and other parts of NCR from them.
Sahibabad police station SHO Rakesh Singh said the trio were arrested from Bhopura on Loni Road yesterday based on a tip-off.
They were identified as Waseem, Akram and Meharban.
The SHO said the trio told interrogators that after stealing motorcycles, they would change their registration numbers and sell them.
One country-made pistol with live cartridges and two knives were seized from them, the police officer said, adding that the trio have been sent to jail.
