A 35-year-old married woman here was allegedly kidnapped last week, police said.
According to police, Rohit Katiyar, a resident of Dabua Colony, has filed a kidnapping complaint with police saying he has been unable to trace his wife after she left home on March 12 without telling anybody where she was going.
Katiyar has told police that he suspects a neighbour in Dabua Colony of having kidnapped his wife.
On the basis of Katiyar's complaint, police have registered a case under Section 365 of IPC and are investigating the matter.
