5 killed as truck falls into deep gorge

The truck was on its way from Srinagar to Jammu and the accident took place on Jammu-Srinagar National Highway.

The bodies have been recovered, police said.

Meanwhile, in a similar accident, a car skidded off on the same highway and rolled down into Chamalvas nallah in Ramban killing a couple on the spot.

The bodies of Abdul Majeed and his wife Saleema were recovered, they said.
