RAS officer K K Goyal, who was yesterday arrested by anti-corruption bureau for graft in Ajmer, has Rs 26.93 lakh in seven bank accounts and owns six plots worth Rs 2.5 crore.
Documents of six plots, Rs 4.52 lakh cash, Rs 26.93 lakh in bank accounts, gold jewellery weighing 511.31 gm were recovered today in a search operation, IG (ACB) Dinesh M N said.
He said the accused officer has accounts in different banks located in Chittorgarh and Jaipur.
The accused Rajasthan Administrative Services officer, who was posted at Ajmer Development Authority as Deputy Commissioner, was caught by the ACB along with two middlemen for accepting a bribe of Rs 40,000 yesterday.
