Advocate killed in Jalpaiguri

An advocate was killed by unidentified assailants in Jalpaiguri town today, a police official said.

The assailants came to the advocate, Kishor Chanda's house this morning at Stationpara, called him outside and slit his throat, the official said.

The advocate died on way to hospital, the official addded stating that the motive behind the killing was under investigation.
