Ajit Singh sworn in as Chief Justice of Gauhati High Court
Justice Ajit Singh was today sworn in as the Chief Justice of the Gauhati High Court.
The oath of office to the newly-appointed Chief Justice was administered by Assam Governor P B Acharya in the precinct of the Gauhati High court (New Block).
The Gauhati High Court includes the High Courts of Assam, Nagaland and Arunachal Pradesh.
