Another hot, humid day for Delhiites

It was yet another hot and humid day for Delhiites, with the mercury settling a little above the 36 degree Celsius mark.

The maximum temperature today was registered was at 36.5 degrees Celsius, three notches above the season's average, while the minimum temperature was recorded at 26.8 degrees Celsius, a notch above the normal, a MeT Department official said.

The humidity in air oscillated between 37 per cent and 73 per cent.

The weatherman has predicted clear skies for tomorrow.

"The skies will be mainly clear. The maximum and minimum temperatures are expected to hover at 37 degrees Celsius and 27 degrees Celsius respectively," the official said.
 

Yesterday, the maximum temperature had settled three notches above the season's average at 36.9 degrees Celsius, while the minimum temperature was recorded at 25.5 degrees Celsius, which was normal for this time of the year.
