The Budget session of the Sixth Legislative Assembly of Arunachal Pradesh will commence from July 7.
Chief Minister Nabam Tuki, who holds Finance portfolio, would present the state's annual budget for the year 2015-16 on July 15, while discussion on the budget would be held on July 20 and 21, Assembly officials informed.
Speaker Nabam Rebia informed that the sitting of the Assembly would be held only in the morning session for its smooth and effective conduct to avoid frequent VIP movement on the NH 415, when surface communication was disrupted in the state capital due to landslides and flood triggered by incessant rain recently.
