TV actor Ashish Kapoor is all set to replace Yash Pandit in fantasy series 'Savitri'.
Yash, who was earlier essaying the role of Satya, has bid adieu to the show.
The show will go 1000 years back in time and bring forth a mythological tale of Princess Damyanti, played by Riddhi Dogra.
Ashish was last seen in 'Love Marriage Ya Arranged Marriage'. In 'Savitri' he will be seen playing the character of Veer, who saves Princess Damyanti from Rahukaal.
"I will be playing the character of Veer, who is a warrior and later turns out to be the bodyguard of the princess. I am very much excited to be a part of the show and about my character," Ashish said.
Ashish has also been spending a lot of time preparing for the role of a warrior.
The new story will unfold on Life OK.
