Augustus wins The War Memorial Plate

Augustus, trained by Akbar Malick Khan and ridden by jockey Zulquar Nain, won the War Memorial Plate, the main event of the races here today.

The winner is owned by Fardeen A Malick and Syed Mudassar.

Fahad Khan saddled two winners, while Zulquar Nain rode two winners.

Four favourites obliged punters in a card of six events.
