Baby girl born to Hamid Karzai

Former Afghan President Hamid Karzai was blessed with a baby girl, his fourth child, in a private hospital here.

"Former Afghan President Hamid Karzai became father of his fourth child in India. The baby girl was delivered at Apollo Hospital in Delhi at around 11 AM on Saturday.

"He paid a brief visit to the hospital on Saturday to see his wife and his newborn child on his way to London," said Afghan Ambassador to India Shaida Mohammad Abdali.
