Bhaskar Jyoti Phukan has taken over as Director (Technical) of Numaligarh Refinery Limited (NRL)from this month.
Before assuming charge as Director(Technical) on February One, he was GM(Operations) in the refinery, an official release said.
Phukan, a mechanical engineer, started his career in Indian Oil Corporation Limited ( Assam Oil Division ) in 1990.
He had subsequently joined NRL in 1999, where he worked in various departments including marketing, technical services and operations, the release added.
