Bodies of truck driver and cleaner found

Two bodies, that of a truck driver and cleaner, have been recovered from Dumri halt in Bihar's Lakhisarai district, a police officer today.

Acting on information by the local people, the police recovered the bodies of Subodh Ram (47) and Bangali Ram (38), driver and cleaner of a truck respectively last night, Superintendent of Police (SP) Ashok Kumar said.

The duo, residents of Anaupwa village under Hathidah police station area of the district, had gone missing with a sand-laden truck a couple of days ago, he said.

A probe was on to find the circumstances, the SP said.
