The Union Cabinet today approved signing of Memorandum of Understanding with Kyrgyzstan for strengthening cooperation in the field of tourism.
The move would enable both nations to enter into a constructive dialogue for development and promotion of tourism in each other's country for the economic development of two nations, an official release said.
The step will be instrumental in increasing arrival from this important source market, it added.
The main objectives of the Memorandum of Understanding include expanding bilateral cooperation in tourism sector, exchanging information and data, establishing exchange programme and participating in travel fairs/exhibitions in each other's country, among others.
