Canara Bank global biz up by 20% in 2013-14 to Rs 7.22 lakh cr

Canara Bank clocked a global business of about Rs 7.22 lakh crore during 2013-14, CMD R K Dubey said today.

Global business of the bank stood at Rs 7,21,790 crores, an increase of 20.7 per cent over its previous year's Rs 5,98,033 lakh crores, he said inaugurating the Salem Circle Office of the bank here.

Executive Director of the bank Krishnakumar said the circle would cover branches in Salem, Dharmapuri, Namakkal, Krishnagiri, Vellore, Villupuram and Tiruvannamalai.
