Carpenter's body exhumed after family claims he was poisoned by wife

The Delhi Police today exhumed the body of a carpenter after his family alleged that he was poisoned by his wife who had an extra-marital affair.

The body was exhumed from a graveyard in Mongolpuri. His relatives claimed that he had confronted his cousin who allegedly was in a relationship with his wife before he fell unconscious, police said.

They said so far no case has been registered and the autopsy report is awaited.
