Cong MLA to undertake padayatra for harmony

A Congress MLA today said he would lead a 'harmony walk' from March 7 to 16 in his constituency in communally sensitive Dakshina Kannada district.

KPCC working president Dinesh Gundu Rao would inaugurate the march in the presence of district-in-charge minister B Ramanath Rai, Mangaluru North MLA Mohiuddin Bava said at a press conference here.

The walk, aimed at spreading the message of harmony in Dakshina Kannada district, would start from Mukka junction on March 7 and culminate at Kaikamba on March 16, he said.

Actor Prakash Raj would also take part in the walk, he said.
