Cong names women wing chief of Punjab, Tripura & Chandigarh

Congress today announced list of its women wing presidents of Punjab, Tripura and Chandigarh.

According to a statement issued by All India Congress Committee, party vice president Rahul Gandhi approved names of Mamta Dutta, Himani Debbarma and Poonam Sharma as the women wing chiefs for party's Punjab, Tripura and Chandigarh units respectively.

Former Maharashtra Women Congress president Kamal Vyavhare has been appointed as the general secretary of All India Mahila Congress, the statement issued by party general secretary Janardan Dwivedi said.
