Constable's rifle goes off accidentally

A rifle of a police constable accidentally went off at the Writer's Buildings here.

However, none was injured in the incident, police said.

The incident took place when Basudeb Dey, a constable of fourth battalion of Kolkata Police, was loading the gun with fresh cartridges, they said, adding that he is being interrogated.
