Bodies of a married couple were today found hanging from the roof of their house in Chakeri area of the city, police said.
The deceased Sandeep Sankhwar(32) used to work in a private company, but was unemployed since past few days while his wife Pooja (30) used to run a beauty parlour at their residence in Daheli Sujanpur colony, they said.
They were parents to a four-year-old son and a two-year-old daughter, police said.
The duo had a heated argument last night over the financial condition of the family after which they closed the door of their room. When the door was opened in the morning, their bodies were found hanging from the roof, police said.
The bodies have been sent for post-mortem.
Senior Superintendent of Police Sulabh Mathur said they are interrogating the family members of both the deceased.
