Chief Judicial Magistrate Rajnish ordered for girl's production before it on her parents' plea seeking her custody and also termination for her pregnancy, which she allegedly conceived during her abduction.
The court asked for girl's production on November 21.
The girl, who is lodged in a 'nari niketan' in Jalandhar, was recently found to be pregnant by a medical board.
Main accused Nishan Singh, who is already facing 18 criminal charges, had abducted the girl from her house on September 24.
Later, the girl was recovered from Goa.
The girl had refused to undergo medical test and to go with her parents, following which she was sent to nari niketan.
All the 18 accused in this case, including the mother of the prime accused have been arrested.
