Court says no to shifting of Vicky Tyagi's wife

Press Trust of India Muzaffarnagar
A local court today refused to allow the shifting of Minu Tyagi, the widow of slain gangster Vicky Tyagi, from Muzaffarnagar district jail to Saharanpur.

Additional district and sessions judge Narender Kumar rejected the application of the Muzaffarnagar district jail authorities seeking permission to shift Minu from the prison.

Minu had been shifted to Muzaffarnagar jail from Saharanpur on health ground following a high court order.

The local court refused to allow transfer of Minu, an accused in several cases, back to Saharanpur in view of the high court order.

Earlier this year, Vicky Tyagi was killed within the premises of the court when he was brought there for the hearing of a case.
