Criminal carrying reward of Rs 50,000 arrested in Noida

Sunder Bhati, resident of Ghangola village in Greater Noida, was arrested from Naya Gaon area here, police said.

"Bhati was also involved in extortion cases," SSP (Gautam Buddha Nagar) Praveen Kumar said, adding that he was carrying a reward of Rs 50,000.

The police had lodged a case against Bhati in connection with an incident in Ghaziabad last year in which rival gang members had opened fire at him in a marriage party, killing four people, the SSP said.
