Dilip of Cue Zone posted a narrow 3-2 win over Arjun (Q-Ball City) in the Q-Lounge All-India Open Snooker championship 2019 here Thursday.
In another match, Imran (Smart Shooters) edged out Abid of Kerala 3-2 (39-51, 14-56, 59-34, 76-40, 57-25) to advance along with Andhra Pradesh's Sheik Sohail, who got past Murali in an extended encounter.
Results:Round 2: Srinath (Impact) beat Karthik (Masse) 3-1 (55-25, 67-10, 14-49, 60-27); Yaser(Q-Ball City) beat Saleem (Snook City) 3-2 (47-20, 69-47, 23-63, 06-77, 81-33).
Round 3: Dilip (Cue Zone) beat Arjun (Q-Ball City) 3-2 (16-60, 71-8, 56-44, 48-59, 58-56); Imran (Smart Shooters) beat Abid (Kerala) 3-2 (39-51, 14-56, 59-34, 76-40, 57-25); Sheik Sohail (Nellore) beat Murali (BG) 3-2 (51-34, 28-52, 36-66, 51-19, 58-26); Julvan (Puducherry) beat Musavir Khan (Nellore) 3-0 (48-15, 64-47, 82-50).
