Edible and non-edible oil hold steady in a mute trade

In an otherwise mute trade at the Vashi oils and oilseeds wholesale market here today prices held steady in the absence of any largescale buying activity.

In the edible segment, Groundnut oil and refined palmolein closed unchanged at Rs 950 and Rs 486 per 10 kg, respectively.

Moving to non-edible section, castorseed bold, castor oil commercial and Linseedoil closed unaltered at Rs 3,650 per 100 kg, Rs 760 and Rs 755 per 10 kg, respectively.
