Factory worker found dead under suspicious circumstances

Ram Singh (23), employed at a factory in Govindnagar in Dadanagar Industrial area, was found dead by his family members, who claimed that his entire body had turned blue and there were rope-marks on his neck, the spokesperson said.

Owner of the factory where the victim was employed, Chanderjit, claimed that Ram had died after consuming a poisonous substance, but family members suspected foul play and alleged that Chanderjit had killed Ram over a disagreement, he said.

Probe is on in the matter, he said.
