Father, son died after consuming spurious liquor

A father-son duo died allegedly after consuming spurious liquor on the eve of Holi in Baniather area of the district here.

Lallu (64) and his son Pawan (37) consumed liquor last night during Holi celebration in Narauli village, after which their condition started deteriorating and they were rushed to a hospital, police said

They died there during the treatment. A case has been registered and probe is on, police said.
