Finalists spotted in national junior tennis championship

In their respective semi-finals, Prabodh beat giant killer A K Pardha Saradhi of Andhra 6-3 1-6 6-3 while Abdullah ousted top seed Rishab Agarwal of Andhra 6-4 6-4.

In the girls semi finals, Prarthana scalped ninth seeded Dnayanika Reddy 6-1 6-1 while Simran had little difficulty in beating Sri Vaishnavi Reddy 6-2 6-4.

Prabodh had to dig deep into his reserves to down a fighting Pardha Saradhi.

Both the girls singles semifinal were one sided.
