A fire broke out in a government- run cement factory in Pulwama district of south Kashmir but no one was hurt, a police spokesman said today.
Fire broke out in 'JK Cement factory' at Khanmoh, 14 kms from here, last evening causing damage to few machines like motors, diesel oil tank, hot air generator and coal mill, the spokesman said.
The fire and emergency services reached the scene and managed to put off the fire in an hour, he said.
No one was hurt in the incident, the spokesman said, adding that the cause of the fire was not known immediately.
