Five of marriage party die in road mishap

Five persons, including two women, were killed and four others injured when a car carrying a marriage party collided with a lorry near here today.

The victims were returning home in Bidar district after attending a marriage here, when the accident took place, killing five on the spot, district Superintendent of Police Amit Singh said.

The injured have been admitted to government hospital here, he said.
