Former Rajasthan minister Ram Gopal Bairwa returns to Congress

Former Rajasthan Minister Ram Gopal Bairwa, who was expelled from Congress party for contesting assembly elections on NPP ticket last year, has returned to the party's fold.

Bairwa had requested Pradesh Congress Committee chief Sachin Pilot to rejoin the party which was accepted, PCC Spokesperson Archana Sharma said today.

He contested the 2013 Assembly polls from Pipalda constituency on National People's Party ticket but lost the elections.
